How we check hotels
37 hotels listed, 31 with the room type named by the hotel. Last full check: September 30, 2026.
What gets a hotel listed
- The hotel's own website, or the brand's official page for that property, says that at least some rooms or suites have a jetted tub, whirlpool tub, jacuzzi tub or hot tub.
- The tub is private to the room: inside it, in its bathroom, or on the room's own balcony, patio or terrace.
- We can quote the sentence that says so. The quote appears on the listing with a link to the page.
What keeps a hotel off
- Only a shared hot tub or whirlpool (pool deck, gym, spa).
- Only a "soaking tub" or "deep tub" with no mention of jets.
- The claim appears only on travel sites, review sites or map listings. Those are where outdated room details spread, and we don't copy their content.
- The hotel's site blocks automated reading or hides room details behind a booking widget. We don't work around that; the hotel waits until a person can check it.
"Room type not confirmed yet"
Some hotels say "select suites" have a whirlpool without naming them. We still list them, because the hotel itself says the tub exists, but we mark them so you know to ask which room to book. When a hotel names the room later, the label comes off.
Distances and other details
Distances are straight-line miles between the hotel and a landmark (in Las Vegas, Orlando, Oklahoma City: the Strip at Flamingo Road; Disney Springs and Universal Studios Florida; Bricktown), worked out from OpenStreetMap coordinates. They are not driving distances. Parking, resort fees, pools, pet rules and packages appear only when the hotel's own site states them; otherwise the table says "Not stated".
Listed, confirmed by phone, or reported by a guest
Everything on the site today is what hotel websites list, with the date we read them. Websites can be out of date (many saunas and some pools closed in 2020 and never reopened while their pages stayed up), so we never call a website listing "confirmed". When we have phoned a hotel, or a guest reports what they found, the listing will say so with that date. More on why this matters.
How listings stay current
A script re-opens every source page once a month and flags any hotel whose page has gone missing, changed, or no longer mentions the tub or the room name. A person then reads the flagged page and updates or removes the listing. The script respects each site's robots.txt, waits several seconds between requests to the same site, and reads public pages only. Each listing shows the date its source page was last checked.
Hotels rename and renovate rooms. Our check catches most changes within a month, but the hotel is always the final word, which is why every listing gives you its number and what to ask.
